The meteorite iron in every Luna Iron canvas originates from the cutting and polishing waste of jewelry-grade iron meteorites — offcuts from certified meteorite craftsmen who shape the raw material into wearable form.
What they discard, we collect. The iron powder and granules are mixed directly into the acrylic medium, creating a texture that carries the actual atomic structure of material formed 4.5 billion years ago — before Earth existed.
Every piece ships with a provenance document identifying the iron source. This is not a metaphor. The cosmos is physically present in the paint.
The Philosophy
We reject decoration without weight.
Luna Iron exists because the most interesting material on Earth came from somewhere else. The iron in every canvas originates from the cutting and polishing waste of jewelry-grade iron meteorites — offcuts from certified meteorite craftsmen who shape the raw material into wearable form.
