RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.

Every Luna Iron work is a unique, made-to-order original. Because each piece is built individually and cannot be resold once shipped, Luna Iron does not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit on completed purchases, except as described under Damaged Items below.

This policy is disclosed here, on each product listing before purchase, and on your order confirmation, in accordance with California Civil Code Section 1723.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your work arrives damaged in transit, photograph the damage and the packaging immediately and contact studio@lunairon.art within 48 hours of delivery. Luna Iron will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no cost to you.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if requested before the piece has shipped. Once a shipping notification has been sent, the sale is final.

SHIPPING

Shipping

Fragment Series: Packed and delivered within California, ships framed and ready to hang. Estimated delivery within 14 calendar days of order confirmation.

Mass Series: Premium packaging, delivered within California, ships framed and ready to hang. Estimated delivery within 21 calendar days of order confirmation.

Monolith Series: Large-format works with heavy impasto texture require additional curing time before safe transit. Estimated delivery within 30 calendar days of order confirmation. Packaging and delivery within California included.

Outside California: Available by inquiry. Contact studio@lunairon.art for a quote before purchase.

Installation is not included. Luna Iron delivers to your door; installation is the responsibility of the buyer or their contractor.

If a piece cannot ship within the stated timeframe, Luna Iron will notify you and offer the option to cancel for a full refund.

SALES TAX

Sales Tax

California sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, per California Department of Tax and Fee Administration requirements.

PRIVACY

Privacy

Luna Iron collects only the information necessary to process orders and respond to inquiries: name, email, shipping address, and any message submitted through our forms. This information is used solely to fulfill orders and issue certificates of provenance. It is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Payment information is processed directly by our payment provider and is not stored on Luna Iron's servers.
